Supporting the Head of Strategy & Product, this role will play a crucial part in helping build the process and technology infrastructure internally that will allow the company to scale.
Some key responsibilities include:
You’ll have some previous experience with IT implementation – helping get new systems and software operating smoothly
You’ll have experience working cross-functionally to onboard and train teams on new systems
You’ll be very process driven and able to build toolkits and manuals for employees to use
You’ll be passionate & obsessive about continuous improvement, demonstrating an ability to test, learn & iterate constantly.
